Dr. Justin Nichols is originally from Sioux Falls and is a graduate of O’Gorman High School. He completed his undergraduate studies at the University of South Dakota and earned his Doctorate of Dental Surgery degree from the University of Nebraska Medical Center. He has been an essential part of the Prairie Dental Center team since joining us in 2005. With training in Invisalign and certification through the World Clinic Laser Institution,
Dr. Nichols can provide you with the beautiful, healthy smile that you deserve. Dr. Nichols is a member of the American Dental Association, an organization dedicated to improving the oral health of the American people. As a dentist, Dr. Nichols’ goal is always to provide exceptional care and make his patients feel comfortable and at ease every time they visit.
Dr. Mallory Cicmanec (Peck) is a native of Sioux Falls, South Dakota, and she strives to treat each of her patients like family. She does everything within her power to maintain the oral health of her patients, emphasizing prevention versus restoration, while making the experience at Prairie Dental Center as stress-free and pain-free as possible.
Dr. Cicmanec (Peck) first attended Purdue University, where she competed in pole vault on the track and field team, before going on to graduate from the University of Nebraska Medical Center College of Dentistry in 2014 and joining Prairie Dental Center that same year. She is also a member of the American Dental Association. Dr. Cicmanec (Peck) and her husband Sean have two children that keep them very busy.
Dr. Landon is a native of Sioux Falls and completed his Doctorate of Dental Surgery at the University of Nebraska Medical Center College of Dentistry, just like Dr. Nichols and Dr. Cicmanec. Dr. Koth is happily married to his wife, a pediatric dentist, and they have a daughter. A fun fact about Dr. Koth is that his favorite place to visit is Glacier National Park in Montana. We're thrilled to have him as part of our team!
Barb has been a cornerstone of our dental office, bringing expertise and a bright smile to every appointment. A Sioux Falls native, Barb attended the University of South Dakota, where her passion for dental hygiene first took root. She has been dedicated to providing top-notch care and education to our patients, making her an invaluable member of our team.

Jess has been a dedicated dental hygienist at Prairie Dental Center for 15 years! Her journey started with her first job frosting donuts at Brenda's Pastry, where she likely developed her meticulous touch. Jess's favorite spot to dine is Tinner's, especially for their sweet potato fries. She loves escaping to tropical destinations in the winter, soaking up the sun and warmth.
She has been a cherished member of Prairie Dental Center for 5 years. Her kindness and dedication as a dental hygienist have touched the lives of both our team and patients. Brittany has a special love for Christmas, embracing all the joy, decorations, family gatherings, and festive traditions.
Megan has been practicing dental hygiene for almost 10 years and finds immense satisfaction in her work, especially with scaling and root planing procedures. She loves showing patients before and after results and educating them on how to improve their oral health care post-SRP. Megan loves traveling, with Turks and Caicos being her favorite destination. Kristi is one of our amazing Registered Dental Assistants who brings warmth and dedication to our team. Her journey began as a grocery store checker, where she first honed her skills in providing excellent customer service. One of her most cherished memories is a spontaneous trip to Galveston, TX—a "get-in-the-car and drive to see where we end up" adventure that she fondly recalls. Kristi's favorite day of the year is Mother's Day. It's not just because of the beauty of spring but also because it's around her and her husband's anniversary. Her family makes her feel incredibly special on that day, and it's a true celebration of love and togetherness.
Carly started her working journey as a dishwasher at a steakhouse and has grown so much since then. Carly is passionate about traveling and dreams of exploring Greece one day. Christmas is her favorite time of year because of the joyful atmosphere it brings—everyone seems so happy, and she loves the festive spirit.
With four years in the dental field, Jenn started in Spokane, WA, and now brings her expertise to Sioux Falls, SD. Her favorite travel destination? Galveston, Texas! Jenn loves helping patients find relief and regain their confidence through their smiles. We’re grateful to have her on our team!
Keaona is a Registered Dental Assistant and a dedicated member of the Army National Guard. Her first job, back in high school, was as office staff at a pool. When she's not assisting in the dental office or fulfilling her National Guard duties, you can find her enjoying a meal at McKenzie River, her favorite spot in Sioux Falls. She loves spending time with family and friends and has had the incredible experience of traveling to Romania. With Halloween as her favorite holiday, Keaona enjoys the crisp fall weather that comes with it.
She joined our team in February and brings with her 8 years of experience in the dental industry. Jaimie’s career began in customer service at Scheels, where she developed her passion for helping others. When she’s not expertly managing our insurance processes, Jaimie enjoys dining at her favorite local restaurant, JL Beers, in Sioux Falls. Of all the places she has traveled, St. Croix holds a special place as her favorite destination.
He joined our team earlier this year and is gearing up to start the Pre-Dental Hygiene program at USD in August. Kenean brings a friendly and welcoming vibe to the front desk, making every guest feel right at home. His favorite getaway spot is Clearwater Beach, Florida, where he enjoys the sunny shores and vibrant atmosphere.
