Dr. Justin Nichols is originally from Sioux Falls and is a graduate of O’Gorman High School. He completed his undergraduate studies at the University of South Dakota and earned his Doctorate of Dental Surgery degree from the University of Nebraska Medical Center. He has been an essential part of the Prairie Dental Center team since joining us in 2005. With training in Invisalign and certification through the World Clinic Laser Institution,
Dr. Nichols can provide you with the beautiful, healthy smile that you deserve. Dr. Nichols is a member of the American Dental Association, an organization dedicated to improving the oral health of the American people. As a dentist, Dr. Nichols’ goal is always to provide exceptional care and make his patients feel comfortable and at ease every time they visit.
Dr. Mallory Cicmanec (Peck) is a native of Sioux Falls, South Dakota, and she strives to treat each of her patients like family. She does everything within her power to maintain the oral health of her patients, emphasizing prevention versus restoration, while making the experience at Prairie Dental Center as stress-free and pain-free as possible.
Dr. Cicmanec (Peck) first attended Purdue University, where she competed in pole vault on the track and field team, before going on to graduate from the University of Nebraska Medical Center College of Dentistry in 2014 and joining Prairie Dental Center that same year. She is also a member of the American Dental Association. Dr. Cicmanec (Peck) and her husband Sean have two children that keep them very busy.
Dr. Landon was born and raised in Sioux Falls, attending Sioux Falls Christian and the University of Sioux Falls. While at the University of Sioux Falls, Dr. Landon studied psychology and exercise science before going on to complete his Doctor of Dental Surgery degree at the University of Nebraska Medical Center, graduating with high distinction. Dr. Landon is a member of the American Dental Association, South Dakota Dental Association, Southeastern District Dental Society, and Omicron Kappa Upsilon Honor Society.
Dr. Landon strives to provide a comfortable and personalized dental experience to each of his patients, working with each individual to meet their dental goals. In his free time, Dr. Landon enjoys spending time with his family and their two miniature dachshunds. He especially looks forward to time spent outdoors and in nature.
Peggy graduated from the University of Nebraska College of Dentistry as a dental hygienist in 1985 and joined Prairie Dental Center in 1999. Over the past 41 years, she has loved watching the remarkable advances and improvements in dentistry. She and her husband have three children and four grandchildren, and they cherish spending time together as a family.
Barb has been with Prairie Dental for 30 years! She is a Sioux Falls native and University of South Dakota graduate. She enjoys caring for patients, building lasting relationships, and making every visit a positive experience.
Heather enjoys helping patients achieve healthy smiles and making every visit as comfortable as possible. She loves educating patients about their oral health and helping them feel confident in their care.
Jess has been a dental hygienist at Prairie Dental Center for 17 years. She enjoys helping patients achieve healthy smiles and loves escaping to tropical destinations during the winter.
Brittany has been part of the Prairie Dental Center team for 7 years. Her kindness and dedication as a dental hygienist are appreciated by both her teammates and patients. Christmas is Brittany's favorite time of year, and she loves spending it with family and enjoying all the festive traditions.
Megan has 11 years of experience as a dental hygienist and is passionate about educating patients about their oral health and helping them achieve healthy, confident smiles. Outside of the office, she is a mom of two and enjoys spending time with her family and friends. In her free time, she loves traveling, golfing, and working out.
Taylor is one of our dental hygienists, known for her attention to detail and caring approach. A 2018 graduate of the University of South Dakota, she strives to make every patient's visit a positive and comfortable experience.
Mateya enjoys building relationships with patients and helping them feel comfortable during every visit. When she's not at work, she enjoys spending time with her husband, son, family, and friends. She also enjoys playing pickleball and loves the holiday season.
Emma graduated from the University of South Dakota and enjoys helping patients feel comfortable while providing quality dental care. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with family and friends—and fun fact: she's a triplet!
Erika graduated from the University of South Dakota with a Bachelor's degree in Dental Hygiene. She enjoys helping patients feel comfortable and creating a positive experience during every visit. Fun fact: Erika is a triplet!
Kristi is a Registered Dental Assistant who enjoys helping patients feel comfortable during every visit. Outside the office, she loves spending time with her family, and Mother's Day is one of her favorite times of the year!
Carly enjoys getting to know patients and helping create a welcoming environment. Outside of work, she loves traveling and dreams of visiting Greece someday. She also looks forward to the Christmas season each year.
Jenn has 6 years of experience in the dental field and began her career in Spokane, Washington, before moving to Sioux Falls. She enjoys helping patients find relief and feel confident in their smiles. Outside the office, she loves traveling, and Galveston, TX is one of her favorite destinations
Keaona is a Registered Dental Assistant who enjoys helping patients feel comfortable during their visits. Outside of work, she loves spending time with family and friends, has traveled to many places around the world, and looks forward to fall and the Halloween season each year.
With 38 years of experience in healthcare, Melanie enjoys getting to know patients by name and helping everyone feel welcome from the moment they walk through the door. Outside of work, she enjoys staying active, trying new hobbies, and keeping busy.
Jaimie brings 11 years of experience in the dental field. She enjoys helping patients navigate their insurance benefits and making the process as smooth as possible. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her family and traveling.
Kaitlyn is a Sioux Falls native and graduate of the University of South Dakota who brings five years of experience to Prairie Dental Center. Outside of the office, she enjoys staying active, spending time with family and friends, and being a proud cat mom.
